Today’s show is a solo episode where I talk about the time when I got disinvited to a work event and what I chose to do at the end. The emphasis is self-advocacy. The episode ends with a loving-kindness meditation* and self-affirmations that remind my listeners to speak up, do the right thing, and believe that their feelings and voice do matter.
