Two classes are available every Thursday via Zoom. Please see the schedules below and use the “Book Now” button to book your class. A Zoom invitation will go out to you after we receive your sign-up.
Gentle Yoga – A softer and slow-paced yoga practice that promotes relaxation and increases range of motion through mindful stretches and gentle movements. All Gentle Yoga classes will be on THURSDAYS from 6-6:50 PM.
Mixed-Level Vinyasa Flow – A faster-paced practice that gets you moving with your breaths and builds heat, strength, and balance through various postures. All Mixed-Level Vinyasa Flow classes will be on THURSDAYS from 7-7:50 PM.

Payment can be made either prior to or after the class. If you’d like to make a payment prior to the class, please use one of the following methods:
