500+ Hours of Training & 1,000+ Hours of Teaching Experience.

Registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-500, I have more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training and 1K+ hours of teaching experience (since 2017) under my belt. I mainly practice and teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin+Restorative yoga. As a teacher, I work with students to build a strong mind-body connection and help them feel refreshed and balanced after stepping off the mat. I believe in respecting our bodies, trusting our intuitions, and having compassion for all beings, including ourselves. Be aware of postures that induce distress, be curious about intuitive movements that bring ease, and be kind to ourselves even if we can’t achieve certain poses. Maintaining a consistent practice, embracing new learning experiences, and being patient with progress will cultivate exponential growth that manifests over time.

A Way of Life.

Yoga was there for me when I felt stuck and frustrated with my career. My go-to when life gets overwhelming. Combining yoga and meditation, I find strength amid challenges and peace and calm despite external chaos. Yoga helped me take a closer look at myself, develop an appreciation for small but beautiful moments, and experience freedom in my body and mind. To me, yoga is a way of life, not just a physical practice.
